France Muséums general context

Under the terms of Article 10 of the Intergovernmental Agreement signed on 6 March 2007 between the Government of the French Republic and the Government of the United Arab Emirates, establishing the terms of the collaboration between the two States for the creation of the Louvre Abu Dhabi Museum, the French Party is committed to organizing temporary exhibitions of international standards.

To fulfil this objective, France Muséums is in charge of coordinating the expertise of French museums and acts on behalf of its partner in the UAE, the Department of Culture and Tourism, the organization in charge of realization of museum projects on the Saadiyat island in Abu Dhabi.

Object of the tender

The purpose of this consultation is to appoint a specialized service provider to carry out logistics, shipment, and installation services for works of art for the exhibition “Mamluks: Legacy of an Empire”, organized by France Muséums, Musée du Louvre and Louvre Abu Dhabi, which will be presented from September 17th, 2025, at Louvre Abu Dhabi until January 25th, 2026 (provisional dates).

Once we receive your email, we will send you a non-disclosure agreement to sign.


The consultation documentation will be provided to you from January 6th, 2025, subject to the prior receipt of the signed non-disclosure agreement. Applications must be written in French.
