Lazare Eloundou, Director of the World Heritage Centre at UNESCO
Lazare Eloundou Assomo is Director of the World Heritage Centre at UNESCO since December 2021. Graduated in architecture and in urban planning, he was an associate researcher in 1996 at the Centre for Earthen Construction of the Grenoble School of Architecture (France). In 2003, Lazare Eloundou Assomo joined UNESCO in the Africa Unit of the World Heritage Centre and became Head of the Unit in 2008. In 2013, he joined the UNESCO office in Bamako, Mali, and in 2014, he became its Head of Office. In 2016, he was appointed Deputy Director of the Heritage Division and of the World Heritage Centre at UNESCO Headquarters in Paris and in 2018 he became Director of Culture and Emergencies Entity.
HE Mohamed Khalifa Al Mubarak, Chairman of Abu Dhabi Tourism & Culture Authority
HE Mohamed Khalifa Al Mubarak is Chairman of Abu Dhabi Tourism & Culture Authority which oversees the conservation and promotion of Abu Dhabi’s heritage and culture, leveraging them to develop distinctive Abu Dhabi experiences designed to enrich the lives of visitors and residents.
In 2016, Mohamed was additionally appointed Chairman of the Tourism Development & Investment Company (TDIC), master developer of major tourism, cultural and residential destinations in Abu Dhabi.
Mohamed is a graduate of Northeastern University (USA), with a double major in Economics and Political Science.
Sandra Lagumina, Deputy CEO of Méridiam and Chairperson of the France Muséums board
A graduate of the Ecole Nationale d’Administration (ENA) and the Institut d’Etudes Politiques of Paris (Sciences Po), Sandra Lagumina also holds a DESS (Diploma of Specialized Graduate Studies) in Common Market Law and a DESS in Public Law.
She began her professional career at the French State Council, where she held the position of Auditor and then Counsel (Maître des requêtes) from 1995 to 1998. In 2005, she joined the Gaz de France group, where she held several positions in the areas of strategy and law. In 2016, she become Deputy Managing Director of the French multinational energy group ENGIE. Since 2017, she has been CEO in Asset Management at Meridiam, a global investor and asset management company. She is also President of the National Conservatory of Music and Dance of Paris, member of the Board of Directors of the National Foundation of Political Science and member of the college of the Competition Authority.
Sandra Lagumina has been appointed Chairperson of France Muséums in November 2018.
Lina Ghotmeh, Architect and founder of Lina Ghotmeh Architecture
Lina Ghotmeh is the founder of Paris-based atelier Lina Ghotmeh — Architecture. Echoing her lived experience of Beirut her office’s work is orchestrated as an “Archeology of the Future”: every project emerges in complete symbiosis with nature following a thorough historical and materially sensitive approach. Projects include the Estonian National Museum (Grand Prix Afex 2016), the Antuo Hills Museums in Shenzhen, finalists of the international competition, the Choregraphic Center of the city of Tours, and “Stone Garden”, hand crafted tower and gallery spaces in Beirut (2A Award and Dezeen Architecture of the year 2021 Award). Lina Ghotmeh — Architecture is currently designing and realizing the ateliers Hermès in Normady, a poetic encounter with nature set with highly sustainable ambitions.
Lina Ghotmeh teaches architecture at Yale School in US and in the University of Toronto. She is co-president of the Scientific Network for architecture in extreme climates.
Kyung Wook Kim, CEO of Incheon International Airport Corporation
Kyung Wook Kim is the CEO of Incheon International Airport Corporation. Before being named CEO in February 2021, he was the Vice Minister of MOLIT(Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport) and oversaw major of the government policies regarding infrastructure and transportation. He passed the 33rd National Higher Civil Service Examination in 1989 and started his career as a civil officer for MOLIT.
He has over 30 years experience and expertise in policy planning and coordination in major infrastructure such as railways and airports of the Republic of Korea etc. Awarded the Order of Service Merit, Yellow Stripe in 2019 and Geunjueong Award for Service in 2002 from the government of Republic of Korea. He holds a master’s degree in public administration from Seoul National university.
Michel Miraillet, General Directorate for Global affairs, Culture, Education and international cooperation
Michel Miraillet is the Director general for Global affairs of the French ministry of Foreign Affairs. He was previously the French Ambassador to Brazil and to the United Arab Emirates, after six years as the Director for strategic affairs and the defence policy director of the French Ministry of Defense.
A career diplomat, M. Miraillet, before joining the Ministry of Defense, served as the Director for International and Strategic Affairs of the Secretariat General for National Defense. As a member of the French diplomatic service, Michel Miraillet held various posts in Israel, Egypt and New York City.
He is graduated from ENA, France’s school for public administration, the Paris Institute for Political Sciences and various Paris universities.
He was made a knight in the order of the Legion of Honour and in the National Order of Merit.
Laurence des Cars, President-Director of the Musée du Louvre
Laurence des Cars has been named President-Director of the Musée du Louvre –starting 1 September 2021 – by French President Emmanuel Macron, following the recommendation of the French Minister of Culture, Roselyne Bachelot-Narquin.
Laurence des Cars (born 1966) has been President of the Établissement Public du Musée d’Orsay et du Musée de l’Orangerie since March 2017. A general curator of heritage and specialist in 19th and early 20th centuries, Laurence des Cars was curator at the Musée d’Orsay from 1994 to 2007, Scientific Director of France Muséums from 2007 to 2014, and Director of the Musée de l’Orangerie from 2014 to 2017.
Pap Ndiaye, Director of the Palais de la Porte Dorée – National Museum of the History of Immigration
Pap Ndiaye is a specialist in the social history of the United States, particularly of minorities. He is also interested in minority situations in France (history and sociology of black populations). A graduate of the University of Virginia (M.A.), he has taught in France (EHESS), at Sciences Po Paris, and in the United States (University of Pennsylvania, New York University, Nortwestern University). Publications: “La condition noire. Essai sur une minorité française”, (Calmann-Lévy, 2008), “Les Noirs américains. En marche pour l’égalité” (Gallimard, 2009). He also co-edited the catalogue “Le Modèle noir” (Flammarion and Musée d’Orsay, 2019). His book “Les Noirs américains, de l’esclavage à Black Lives Matter” (Tallandier) was published in October 2021.
Since March 2021, he has been Director General of the Palais de la Porte Dorée.
Nathalie Bondil, Director of the Museum and Exhibitions Department of the Institut du monde arabe (IMA)
Canadian and French, Nathalie Bondil is a state national curator in France, a museologist and an art historian, graduated from the École du Louvre and the Institut national du Patrimoine, both in Paris.
In 2021, she has been appointed Director of the Museum and Exhibitions Department of the Institut du monde arabe (IMA) in Paris where she will be responsible for the whole reinstallation of the museum with permanent collections newly enriched by the major modern and contemporary art Claude and France Lemand donation.
Vice-Chair of the Canada Council for the Arts (2014-2021), she was also General Director and Chief Curator at the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts (MMFA) (2007-2020) where she produced numerous exhibitions crossing arts with cinema, fashion or music.
Vincent Campredon, Commissaire Général de la Marine and Director of the musée national de la Marine
Since 1983, the Commissaire Général de la Marine Vincent Campredon has held various strategic positions within the French Navy. He has been head of the communication office of the Ministry of Defence, NATO spokesman in Kosovo, official writer of the Chief of Naval Staff, and director of communication of the French Navy. He was the maritime advisor to the Minister of Overseas Territories from 2009 to 2012. In 2015, the Minister of Defence put him in charge of the transformation of the National Maritime Museum, which will reopen in 2023.
Shirin Frangoul-Brückner, founding partner of ATELIER BRÜCKNER
Shirin Frangoul-Brückner, born 1967 in Baghdad and trained as architect in Germany, is a founding partner of ATELIER BRÜCKNER. She heads the museum planning and design firm as managing director.
ATELIER BRÜCKNER is one of the worldwide leaders in design, with more than 120 employees and offices in Stuttgart and Seoul. Since 1997, ATELIER BRÜCKNER has been developing narrative design and exhibitions for museums, brand and visitor centers. Among the ongoing large-scale projects are the Museum of the Future in Dubai, the Museum of Natural History in Oslo and the Grand Egyptian Museum in Cairo.

Katrina Sedgwick OAM, Director & CEO ACMI
Katrina has been Director and CEO of ACMI since 2015. She has a particular interest in supporting cross-disciplinary practice and an extensive background as a commissioner, creative producer and festival director.
Her previous roles include Head of Arts for the national broadcaster ABC TV as well as founding Director-CEO of Adelaide Film Festival. The Festival’s $1 million AUD AFF Investment Fund was recognized with a week-long celebration at MoMA in 2011.
She is on a number of arts and advisory boards, and in 2020 was awarded an Order of Australia Medal for services to performing arts, screen industries and visual arts administration.
Hervé Barbaret, CEO of France Muséums
A graduate of the Ecole Nationale d’Administration (ENA), Hervé Barbaret has occupied senior management posts in the French and international arts sector for over fifteen years.
He has contributed to many high-profile French and international cultural projects as Deputy Director General of the Cité de l’Architecture et du Patrimoine, General Administrator of Musée du Louvre, Director of the Mobilier National, Director of the Manufacture des Gobelins, the Manufacture de Beauvais and the Manufacture de la Savonnerie, and General Secretary of the French Ministry of Culture. Hervé Barbaret is actively involved in promoting and disseminating French museum expertise.
